Lucid Card Settings

Hi, I need to change the default names in Lucid cards, however the “setting” option isn't showing. The only option I have is to reorder the fields, not rename them. I have both a Lucid Chart and Spark individual subscription. If anyone can help I would be grateful.

Force copy link v. collaborative link

I gave students a force copy link to individually annotate a Lucidspark document, which they were then supposed to share with me through creating a “shareable link.” The first few students didn’t see the “share” button, however. So I entered all their emails in the “Individual Access” section of the “share” field. But now, they are only seeing one collaborative copy of the document instead of an individual one. Does anyone know what might have gone wrong?

Lock Group ID or Preserve ID When Moving Groups

Hello, community,Is there a way to preserve a Group ID when cutting and pasting?I use custom IDs for my Groups, but whenever I move a Group to another page using cut and paste, it generates a new ID.I’d like to know if there's a way to lock the ID to prevent this or a way to move a group to an other page preserving the same ID.Thanks in advance for your help!Nicolas

We have 0 presence in Google Workplace, the defacto standard is Microsoft 365. Please add additional backup methods such as:SFTPSharepoint/OneDriveAPI for custom backup solutions and make sure this is a tenant level backup instead of requiring individual users to setup their own backups.

Several of our My SQL database designs have referential integrity between tables across schemas. When trying to import an ERD from My SQL it seems that referential integrity between tables across schemas is ignored on import. Is there a way to make it so that referential integrity Lines will show up in imported diagrams across schemas?

My goal is to automatically apply a specific set of conditional formatting rules to each card upon import.While I can add these rules manually through the Lucid UI after the cards are created, I want to automate this process to ensure consistency for all imported cards.In the documentation, I found an example of how to achieve this using a LucidCardIntegrationCustomImportModal. Alignment on Orgcharts

Hello I need help this is my org chart, I am trying align all the lines highlighted, when I move shapes to the right or left side they bounce back still causing the unaligned line ...

Expanding visible text area

I have an “architecture-like” document that contains orgs, org functions, systems, system functions, and deployment environments (AWS, Azure, etc.). I used a vertical swimlane to illustrate the “environments” and display the system names in the lane. The problem is it appears to not be able to display more than 20 items (I have 50 in the list so far). Is there a way to display all of the systems connected or is that simply a limitation? Even when exported to CSV it only lists the first 20 connected. Further, the export shows me the lines and the “to and from” shapes but I’m not sure what those identifiers are (red circle) or where to find them in Lucid? (See screenshot)

How to define connections in JSON

Hi, I’m trying to programmatically make some diagrams using the APIs. I’ve seen the GitHub, the API docs, and the other post. How does one define connections in the json? And is it hard-coded or is there a way for a connection to automatically make itself between two boxes? Like I have some rectangles with IDs (“AppA”), is there a way to make a connecting arrow between two different IDs, like I’ve tried to do with the items in the connections list (with startShapeId and endShapeId, it didn’t work). Or is it some hardcoded way where you have to define the beginning and ending x and y coordinates of the arrow like we do for putting down shapes.Also, is there any way for the shapes and connections, once defined, to auto arrange themselves in a way that minimizes overlapping lines? Like an auto-formatter.
