Bonjour,Je vais prochainement quitter mon entreprise, ce qui entraînera la suppression de mon adresse e-mail professionnelle associée à mon compte Lucid.J'ai créé plusieurs cartes mentales importantes sur Lucid avec cette adresse. J'aimerais m'assurer que mes collègues pourront continuer à y une fois mon adresse e-mail supprimée.Si je partage mes documents avec leurs adresses professionnelles avant mon départ, pourront-ils toujours consulter et modifier ces documents, même si mon propre compte est désactivé ou supprimé ?Merci d'avance pour votre aide, Cordialement,

Changing the endpoints of a line

Hello,In my extension I use hookSelection() method for deleting unwanted lines between Custom Shapes. And it works good when I create a new line. But I faced a problem when I change endpoints of the existing line.Lets say there is a line between shape A and shape B. Shape A can only be connected with shape B, and it can be only as upstream connection for the line, otherwise it should be deleted(removed from the page). When I move line endpoint from the shape B to some other shapes, the line is not removed. But when I unfocus the line and focus it again, it gets deleted.Is there any ideas or tips on how to make an existing line be removed from a page specifically when its endpoints change?Thanks in advance!

LucidChart in Powerpoint

I have already added my LucidChart diagram to Powerpoint. The diagram has several tabs and I need different tabs in different slides. However, when I open my Powerpoint presentation, it resets all the slides to be the same tab. How do I make Powerpoint keep the correct tab for each slide?

Force copy link v. collaborative link

I gave students a force copy link to individually annotate a Lucidspark document, which they were then supposed to share with me through creating a “shareable link.” The first few students didn’t see the “share” button, however. So I entered all their emails in the “Individual Access” section of the “share” field. But now, they are only seeing one collaborative copy of the document instead of an individual one. Does anyone know what might have gone wrong?

License when collaborating with external users

HI,We want to collaborate with external users in LucidSuite; basically with our customers.When we share a link with Edit access (not Edit and Share), does the person we’re sharing with need a Lucid License from us, of their own, or not at all?Is it any different based on the level of access we share with?Thanks very much!

When I try to export a specific diagram or document to PNG, Lucid generates the following error message "An error occurred. Failed to download."Page: “Tran TP Vision..”PIN Document: dupfiAQq3sNeK4152020549

Storage issue - image files

It seems to me that there is a serious flaw in the way storage is managed in Lucid products: If you delete content within a board or delete whole boards (and empty the trash) it has no effect on the percentage of storage space you have available. I have tested this by deleting large numbers of images from a board and whole boards: 12 days later and no change to the storage I have available. The work around seems to be that you must delete image files from within image manager. These files are still present even if they have been deleted from boards or were part of boards that have been deleted. This seems ridiculous. Couple this with the fact that you have to delete files from image manager by individually clicking on each image to select (all while a pop up regularly closes the window to tell you that you’ve “run out of free shapes”) and the user experience becomes very poor. If there’s a fix for this I’d appreciate hearing about it. Thanks

Hi, I need to change the default names in Lucid cards, however the “setting” option isn't showing. The only option I have is to reorder the fields, not rename them. I have both a Lucid Chart and Spark individual subscription. If anyone can help I would be grateful.

Lock Group ID or Preserve ID When Moving Groups

Hello, community,Is there a way to preserve a Group ID when cutting and pasting?I use custom IDs for my Groups, but whenever I move a Group to another page using cut and paste, it generates a new ID.I’d like to know if there's a way to lock the ID to prevent this or a way to move a group to an other page preserving the same ID.Thanks in advance for your help!Nicolas

System-wide shapes libraries (auto apply to all boards)Idea

Hi,Every time we start a board, we have to import the library of shapes we’d like to work with. If there was a way to create the library of shapes at the system level, so it applied to all boards, we would have a better experience.Tnx.
